Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, let me know within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund to make things right.
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
As a small, one-person business, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to make it right. Thank you for understanding!
